No. We quote the job, not the hour — the price we give you at the door includes getting there. If you decide not to proceed, you pay nothing.
Our average is around 60 minutes in the Wollongong metro area and 90–120 minutes further south. When you call we'll give you a realistic window and talk you through isolating the water at the meter in the meantime.
A repeat blockage almost always means a structural problem — usually tree roots or a cracked, sagging section of pipe. Clearing it only buys months. We run a camera first so you can see whether you need a jet clean or a reline.
Under 8 years old and leaking from a valve — repair it. Over 10 years and leaking from the tank itself — replace it, because the cylinder has gone. We'll tell you which one you've got before quoting either.
